Our Team
Traci's passion for home design began at an early age watching her parents work together to design and build homes. She started working for them in high school and has been designing for over 20 years. She loves the moment when you see your dream home for the first time – that smile makes it all worthwhile!
Traci's experience in design and construction, along with her ability to listen to clients and understand their needs has made her a very successful building designer. In all her work, Traci strives to be creative, innovative and caring. Each unique design begins with a conversation about your individual wants and needs for your new home.
Traci is certified as a Professional Building Designer through the National Council of Building Design and serves on the Executive Committee for the Texas Institute of Building Design. She is also a member of the American Institute of Building Design. When she is not in the design studio, she loves to spend time with her family and plan her next Disney adventure!
TRACI KELLEY, CPBD, OWNER
If you give our office a call, Jordan is the first member of the team you'll meet! After graduating from Elon University in 2020 with dual degrees in Cinema & Strategic Communications, Jordan moved to Austin and became an integral part of the KDG team.

Jordan's highly versatile skill set has earned her the honorary title of "Office Jedi." She manages the majority of office communication, maintains our website and social media accounts and handles permitting for all our City of Austin projects.
When she's not in the office, this self-proclaimed foodie loves trying new restaurants and exploring the outdoorsy side of Austin.
JORDAN SHAW, PROJECT + MARKETING MANAGER
Based in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Nicolás works remotely with Team KDG. Bringing over 11 years of experience in residential architecture, he is passionate about thoughtful design and finding creative ways to make spaces not just beautiful, but also comfortable and functional. With a strong background in BIM workflows, Nicolás keeps projects organized and running smoothly, so ideas can move from concept to reality without losing sight of the details that make a home special.
What he enjoys most about his work is being part of that early spark—when a blank page starts turning into something real – and collaborating with the team to turn ideas into meaningful spaces for people to call home.
Outside of architecture, you’ll probably find him on the tennis court, cooking asado for friends and family, or planning his next trip. And yes, he’ll gladly invite you to the next asado.
NICOLÁS VOIRO, DESIGNER + BIM SPECIALIST
Although originally from South Dakota, Valeri now lives in Colorado and works remotely for Team KDG. Valeri discovered her passion for home design in the 6th grade, and she has worked to become an architect ever since.
With over 28 years of home design experience, Valeri’s favorite part of the job is still working directly with homeowners to bring their dreams to life. She is an excellent listener, and her attention to detail helps turn every house into a home. Valeri is currently sitting for the ARE (architectural licensing exams) and is looking forward to finally reaching that lifelong goal.
Outside of work, you’ll often find Valeri hiking with her family in the Colorado mountains or cheering on her University of Oregon Ducks.
